Based on your interests, we’ve picked a few things we think you’ll love.

Puppy yoga has arrived in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Our Double Bay sessions are held at Hot Dog Yoga, Level 1/15 Knox Street, Double Bay NSW 2028 - a beautiful Scandinavian-inspired studio with natural light, infrared heating, and premium facilities including rain showers and organic products.

Each 60-minute class includes 45 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and 15 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime. Our instructors guide relaxed flows while adorable puppies roam the studio, nap on your mat, and climb into your lap. All puppies are 8 to 10 weeks old, fully vaccinated, and already adopted - they attend as part of their socialisation before heading to their forever homes.

Double Bay is one of Sydney’s most iconic suburbs, and the Hot Dog Yoga studio on Knox Street is surrounded by boutique shopping, cafes, and restaurants. After class, head downstairs for brunch at one of Knox Street’s well-known eateries, stroll to Double Bay Beach, or browse the nearby galleries and shops. The venue is a 10-minute walk from Edgecliff Station and a 6-minute walk from Double Bay Wharf, with bus stops on New South Head Road just two minutes away (routes 323, 324, 325, 326).

Our Double Bay sessions are popular with guests from across the Eastern Suburbs, including Bondi Junction, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Paddington, Bellevue Hill, and Point Piper. It is the perfect blend of a premium wellness experience and puppy cuddles in a gorgeous harbourside setting.
