Puppy yoga in Sydney, every weekend

Every class runs for one hour: 45 minutes of puppy yoga, then 15 minutes of puppy playtime. The yoga is optional the whole time. Plenty of people spend the hour on their mat with a puppy asleep in their lap, and that counts.

Tickets are $78 per person at every studio. Mats, cleaning supplies and all the puppies are included. You bring activewear, socks and yourself.

You will leave with puppy fur on your clothes. That's a promise.

UPCOMING CLASSES

We rotate across our 7 studios every weekend and since our pups are already adopted, they go to their new homes every week. This means our classes will feature different litters every time you book in! Every class is listed below.

Note: our Mosman studio is closed for renovations until mid 2027.

Our north shore studio, held in Lindfield, beside Chatswood, and the closest class to Willoughby, Artarmon and Lane Cove. Street parking nearby, and parking on site is limited.

Yoga and puppies: what a class looks like

Arrive about 10 minutes early. Shoes come off at the door and everyone sanitises their hands before going in. Pick a mat and settle in.

For the first 45 minutes there's gentle yoga you can join or skip, while the puppies wander between the mats, climb on backs and fall asleep in odd places. Nobody minds if you stop halfway through a pose to hold a puppy. Most people do.

The last 15 minutes is puppy playtime. The instructor stops, the treats and toys come out, and the room turns into a puppy pit. This is where most of the photos get taken.

Our staff are on the floor the whole time, cleaning up accidents and making sure any puppy that wants a nap gets one.

Who it suits

Couples looking for a date that isn't dinner. Groups of friends. Birthdays and hens where the group is small enough to book a public class together. Parents with kids who are old enough to sit calmly with a puppy. People who have wanted a dog for years and can't have one yet. People who just need an hour off.

You don't need any yoga experience. The current record for yoga done in one of our classes is still not very much.

Kids and families

Puppy yoga for kids in the school holidays

Our weekend classes are open to families, which makes puppy yoga an easy school holiday activity for kids in Sydney.

Every child needs a ticket

Babies and toddlers too. Everyone in the room has their own ticket.

Under 16s come with an adult

At least one adult ticket holder for every two children.

Best for ages 5 and up

Younger children are welcome. Puppies jump and play, so it's your call.

About the puppies

We don't own any of the puppies in our classes. They come from licensed breeders we inspect on site. Every puppy already has a new family and is vet checked and vaccinated. Puppies are at least 8 weeks old. They come to class as part of their socialisation before going to their new families, which is also why the breeds change from class to class.

Puppies nap between classes and have food and water all day. If a puppy looks overwhelmed during a class, our staff take it out of the room to rest.
