Puppy pilates in Sydney
Puppy pilates is a pilates class with puppies loose in the room. You work through mat pilates while the puppies wander between you, and the class usually ends with time to play with them.
We don't run pilates classes. We run puppy yoga, and if what you're after is an hour on a mat surrounded by puppies, it's the same idea.
How our classes compare
A Doga Sydney class is one hour: 45 minutes of puppy yoga, then 15 minutes of puppy playtime. The yoga is optional the whole time. Most people do some of it and spend the rest holding a puppy.
Every class has 18 to 20 puppies across 6 breeds and 4 staff on the floor.
It's a low-key hour. You don't need any yoga or pilates experience, and nobody is counting reps.
Where and how much
Weekend classes run at 8 studios across Sydney: Sydney CBD, Chatswood, Double Bay, Five Dock, Parramatta, Hurstville, Liverpool and Mosman (closed for renovations until mid 2027). Tickets are $78 per person.
For a team or a group
If you were after puppy pilates for a work wellness day or a group booking, we run private puppy yoga sessions at our studios or at your office. Corporate events start from $2,900 + GST, and celebrations at our studios start from $2,400 + GST.
