Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another attendee if you can't make it. To transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session at general@dogasydney.com.au. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Class Cancellations

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you at least 48 hours before the event. You can choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.

No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, entry will not be permitted to avoid disrupting the class.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you miss the grace period or do not show up.
