Frequently Asked Questions
Each session runs for 60 minutes - 45 minutes of gentle puppy yoga followed by 15 minutes of puppy cuddles.
The minimum age to join our classes is 5 years old. Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder.
The yoga component of our class is completely optional! The current record for yoga done in our classes is still only 3 minutes before people get distracted by the puppies.
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer make your class time, we'd be happy to transfer your tickets to another available class.
We have 10 studios across Sydney and address details will be provided in full once you have purchased a ticket.
Doga Sydney runs puppy yoga classes every weekend across nine locations in Sydney. Whether you are in the CBD, North Shore, Inner West, or South-West Sydney, there is a session near you.
Each class runs for 60 minutes and includes 45 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga followed by 15 minutes of puppy playtime. Our experienced instructors guide you through simple stretches and breathing exercises while adorable puppies roam freely around the room - sitting on mats, napping beside you, and occasionally joining in for downward dog.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I bring to puppy yoga?
Just a water bottle and comfortable activewear. We provide mats, wipes, and hand sanitiser. Avoid strong perfumes and loose jewellery that puppies might nibble.
Q: How many puppies will be at my session?
We guarantee a minimum of one puppy per two guests, with at least five different breeds per session. Larger sessions have more puppies to maintain the same ratio.
Q: Is puppy yoga suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every class is designed for beginners, with gentle poses and modifications offered throughout. The focus is on relaxation and enjoyment, not intensity.
Q: Can I adopt the puppies?
Most of our puppies already have homes arranged. Occasionally we can connect interested guests with our trusted breeder partners. Ask our team on the day if you would like to learn more.
All puppies are 8 to 10 weeks old, fully vaccinated, and already have loving homes waiting for them. They attend our sessions as part of their socialisation, which means every week features different breeds and personalities. No two classes are the same.

Each venue is indoor, air-conditioned, and accessible by public transport. Mats and all equipment are provided. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
Who Is It For?
Our classes welcome everyone aged 6 and over (children must attend with an adult). No yoga experience is needed. Whether you are after a stress-relieving weekend activity, a fun date idea, a birthday experience, or simply an hour of puppy cuddles, you will leave feeling lighter and happier.
