Most puppy yoga classes have 6 dogs and 20 people waiting their turn. Ours doesn’t work like that.
Every Hurstville class has at least 16 puppies across 6 different puppy breeds and 4 dedicated staff on the floor - so there’s always a puppy near you and always someone making sure the experience is exactly what you came for. You will leave with puppy fur on your clothes. That’s a promise.
The session is one hour - 45 minutes of optional yoga flow with puppies weaving through your arms, followed by 15 minutes of pure playtime. No experience necessary. Just show up.
Trusted by Macquarie Bank, NSW Health and PwC for their own team events - now open to you every month in Hurstville.
Our Hurstville studio is based inside Wellness Department Hurstville - Level 3, 390 Forest Rd, Hurstville NSW 2220.

Participants must be 5 years or older, and all children up to 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult for puppy safety.
Can I bring my own dog or puppy?
No, sorry! We provide all the puppies through our licensed and ethical breeder partners. For health and safety reasons, we don’t allow external pets to join.

We don’t run adoptions directly, but occasionally we’ll connect attendees with our breeders if a pup is still looking for their forever home. This is always discussed privately after the session.
Can I book a birthday or private group into a weekend class?
Yes! You can book out an entire class for birthdays or celebrations (up to 20–24 people depending on venue).
