Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another attendee if you can't make it. To transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session at general@dogasydney.com.au. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Class Cancellations

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll notify you at least 48 hours before the event. You can choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.

No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, entry will not be permitted to avoid disrupting the class.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you miss the grace period or do not show up.

Location Details

Our sessions are held at various fun and accessible venues around Sydney. We’ll share the exact location via email after you register. We carefully select venues that are easy to access by public transport from Sydney CBD.

 

Puppy Breeds

Every session is a delightful surprise! To ensure the health and happiness of our pups, we don’t disclose the breeds in advance. We partner with a trusted breeder network to bring you puppies that are ready to socialise and brighten your day.

 

Puppy Safety

The well-being of our puppies is our top priority. To make sure they stay happy and safe:

• Please remain seated during the session.

• Be gentle, and avoid picking them up unless they come to you.
   

Agreement to Share Media

We love capturing the magic of puppy yoga to share on our social media and website. By attending, you’re giving us permission to take and share photos and videos. Prefer to stay out of the spotlight? Let us know before class, and we’ll do our best to avoid including you in the shots.

Gift Cards

Looking for the perfect gift? Treat someone to a puppy yoga session with one of our gift cards!

• Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Non-redeemable for cash or credit.

• Currently, gift card balances cannot be checked online. For assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• If the Order Total Exceeds the Gift Card Value: Any remaining balance can be paid using another payment method.

• If the Order Total is Less Than the Gift Card Value: The remaining balance can be used for future bookings.

Ensuring the Correct Recipient Name:
To avoid errors, please enter the recipient's email when purchasing. Using your own email will automatically assign your name as the recipient.​

Delayed Delivery of Gift Cards:
If you select delayed delivery, the gift card will be sent at the time of purchase on the selected delivery date. Please plan accordingly to surprise your recipient.

Liability

While we aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment, Doga Sydney is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages during our events. Attend at your own risk and keep an eye on your belongings.
