• A pawsitively delightful 1-hour puppy yoga session: 45 minutes of guided yoga flow designed to increase flexibility and reduce stress, followed by 15 minutes of pure puppy playtime! 🐾

• Cuddle up with adorable pups:  Enjoy the calming presence of these furry friends as you find your zen.

• Comfort is key: Slip into your comfiest activewear because we're about to get our stretch on!

• Everything's provided: No need to bring your own yoga mat – we've got you covered!

• A safe and fun environment: Our studio location in Parramatta will be disclosed upon registration to ensure the safety and well-being of our furry friends.
