What to Expect:

• A pawsitively delightful 1-hour puppy yoga session: 45 minutes of guided yoga flow designed to increase flexibility and reduce stress, followed by 15 minutes of pure puppy playtime! 🐾

• Snuggle up with the cutest pups:  Enjoy the calming presence of these furry friends as you find your zen.

• Dress for comfort (and puppy cuddles!): Slip into your comfiest activewear because we're about to get our stretch on!

• We've got the essentials covered: No need to bring your own yoga mat – we'll have one waiting for you!

• A safe and fun environment: Our studio location in Rhodes will be disclosed upon registration to ensure the safety and well-being of our furry friends.
